Use of the site. You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, redistribute or exploit content without permission.

Links. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we don’t control or endorse their content. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy notices.

No warranties. We don’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.

Your submissions. Please don’t send confidential medical information via general forms or messages on this site. If you choose to do so, you do so at your own risk.

What we collect and why

Website enquiries / contact forms: name, contact details, and your message — to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interests in operating the site and responding to you, or pre-contract/contract if you ask about services).

Optional newsletters/updates: name, contact details — to send updates (legal basis: consent; you can withdraw any time).

Analytics & site performance data: IP address, device, pages viewed and similar — to maintain and improve the site (legal basis: legitimate interests). Non-essential analytics cookies require consent (see Cookies).

Health information
This website is not intended to collect special-category (health) data. Please avoid including detailed medical information in website forms or messages. If you become a patient, you’ll receive a separate clinical privacy notice covering health data processed for care (legal basis: UK GDPR Art. 9(2)(h) – provision of health care).

Sharing
We use trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, forms, live chat) acting as processors under contract and only on our instructions. We do not sell your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
