I’m Dr. Helena Cepparo, a Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist who’s spent over 20 years walking alongside women and couples on their fertility journeys. I’ve worked everywhere from busy IVF clinics to home visits, and now I’m bringing that experience here—so good advice is always just a click away.
My background blends the science of reproductive medicine with the art of personalised, holistic care. I’m trained in Functional Medicine (AFMCP-certified) and passionate about the role of hormones, nutrition, immunity, and lifestyle in fertility. I’ve seen how the right blend of conventional and integrative approaches can make a real difference—not just to fertility outcomes, but to overall wellbeing.
Beyond the clinic, I’m also the founder of Medelit, a UK- and Italy-based home healthcare service, which has taught me a lot about patient-centred care, clinical governance, and healthcare leadership. But truth be told, my favourite role is still being “that doctor” who helps demystify the medical jargon and turns complex science into something you can actually use in your daily life.
