A video consultation with Dr Helena Cepparo goes through your history and results and works out what’s worth doing in your case, with a functional approach. If scans, tests or treatment follow, she arranges them herself in central London. One doctor, from your first question onwards.

Who it’s for

• Trying for a while and wondering whether it’s time to get checked, or what the next step is.
• Trying to conceive with endometriosis, PMOS (PCOS) or fibroids: painful or irregular cycles, told to “just try IVF”, unsure whether surgery, medication or treatment should come first.
• A result you’d like explained: low AMH, a borderline scan, a semen analysis, thyroid or hormone results that nobody has gone through with you.
• IVF questions: a protocol you don’t understand, a failed cycle, add-ons you’ve been offered, or a transfer coming up.
• Two or more miscarriages, and which tests are worth asking for.
• Thinking about egg freezing, and what the numbers mean at your age.
• A second opinion on what your clinic has proposed, with the functional side (inflammation, gut, thyroid, nutrients) looked at alongside the medical one.

How it works

1. Choose your appointment below. You see the availability and the fee before you confirm.
2. Send any results, scan reports or letters you already have before the call.
3. A 60-minute video consultation. Afterwards you receive a written summary of what was discussed and the plan.

Afterwards

If anything further is needed, Dr Cepparo arranges it herself in central London and stays your doctor throughout, so nothing gets lost between appointments.
